Nominations open for Motor Ombudsman Star Awards

The Motor Ombudsman is now inviting nominations for the fifth edition of its Star Awards.
Launched in 2020, the annual competition recognises excellence in customer service delivered by Motor Ombudsman-accredited businesses and their individual team members.
The awards also comprise the Garage Star Awards for independent garages, franchise dealers, and body repair centres, and the Customer Service Star Awards for vehicle manufacturers and warranty providers.
Following nominations, shortlists of three in the eight Garage Star Awards and two Customer Service Star Awards will be selected, before winners will be announced at the Houses of Parliament.
Bill Fennell, chief ombudsman and managing director of The Motor Ombudsman, said: “During the past four years, it has been positive to see the competition growing in profile – accolades that today provide a unique platform to showcase outstanding achievements, and inspire others to strive for excellence in the work that they do. We look forward to seeing this year’s entries, and naming the winners for 2024 in a few months’ time.”
