Sytner Group secures digital treble

Sytner Group has announced that three colleagues have claimed the top spot for two CitNOW Digital Spotlight Awards.

These awards were for the efforts that colleagues have put in in 2021 and showcases the very best in video in the automotive industry.

Jessica Richardson, new car sales executive at Nottingham BMW, won the ‘best vehicle showcase video’ for her video of the BMW X3 where she talks through some of the features and details of the vehicle in a clear, concise and friendly manner.

Meanwhile, Phil Barrett, BMW technician at Sytner Tring, was awarded with the ‘people’s choice’ award in aftersales and Nick Giles, also at BMW technician at Sytner Tring, received the ‘best VHC video’, again, focussing on a vehicle health check with a focus on the tyres and breaks of a specific car. This is a great video again, with an abundance of detail so that the customer is able to understand the results and the process.

Carol Fairchild, chief customer officer at CitNOW Group, said: “Our judging panel was inundated with over 600 incredible examples of video being utilised to delight their customers and it is a fantastic achievement by Sytner Group to have achieved so much success in the 2021 Digital Spotlight Awards.”
