Cazoo launches ChatGPT vehicle search app
Used car marketplace Cazoo has unveiled a new ChatGPT app for prospective car buyers.
The app replaces traditional search filters with a conversational AI search tool which enables motorists to specify vehicle requirements such as size, price, and location.
The app will then search Cazoo’s 250,000 listings and present a list of tailored recommendations.
Car buyers are then able to narrow the search by asking follow up questions to end up with a suitable shortlist.

Our new app will support them by making car searches easier, faster and more personal. Buying a used car should be intuitive and smart. Customers know what they want their car to do for them but they do not always know which makes or models will fit their specific brief.
“The Cazoo ChatGPT app lets them describe their requirements and within seconds turns the stock on Cazoo into personalised recommendations, putting them in direct contact with our dealer partners.
