AX Academy delivers digital training to brokers
AX has introduced AX Academy, a digitised training platform to help brokers improve customer service and streamline claims processes.
The AX Academy platform enables brokers to access its accident aftercare training faster and more conveniently.
More than 1,300 people have already used the platform, with an overall pass rate of 93%.
Designed for both experienced professionals and those new to the industry, the training covers accident management processes, legal and safety requirements, customer service, and how to identify appropriate claims route.
Training accreditations are tracked in real time with over-the-air updates ensuring programme details are always current.
Faster training
Scott Hamilton-Cooper, chief commercial officer at AX, said: “We are delighted to now offer our digital AX Academy to brokers – an industry-first. We can train all our colleagues in a fraction of the time as part of their standard company induction process or in parallel to their standard compliance testing.
“This really embeds important processes into the day-to-day role of all employees within our partner’s organisation, generating improved customers satisfaction and greater efficiency.
“Ensuring accident aftercare training is clear and consistent has always been a very labour intensive and difficult process to manage, often due to staff availability or reluctance of management to allow staff downtime. Our digital training process removes these issues, enabling us to train many employees simultaneously as part of standard training processes.”
