Cazoo enhances digital communications with WhatsApp

Cazoo has added WhatsApp functionality to its mobile website and app.

The upgrade, delivered in response to requests from dealers, will enable car buyers to communicate directly with retailers via the messaging service.

Free for dealers, the addition of WhatsApp is expected to deliver faster response times as retailers will be able to access customer messages on their mobile phones.

Meanwhile, car buyers using the service are able to continue conversations by asking follow-up questions, while keeping the full message history in one place.
