The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) has unveiled a new one-day bodyshop management course for new and experienced managers.
The comprehensive course takes delegates through every step of the process, from launching a new bodyshop in the UK to owning a successful repair centre.
The non-academic course is intended to give managers the skills to start and then continually improve a repair business.
It helps delegates develop an understanding of bodyshop management accounting and the important areas that it addresses; improve self-management to deliver better profitability; improve customer satisfaction; find the break-even point; and build a business strategy.
Meanwhile, delegates are also able to book ‘post course’ support, which is one-to-one coaching service to help bodyshop managers apply what they have learned into their own business, further enhancing their chances of success.
The course is suitable for managers, aspiring managers, business owners and claims management professionals, and designed for all sizes of company, including sole traders, small businesses and larger motor retail groups, franchised and independent dealerships.
