Mad Devs put dealers in control
Mad Devs is launching a new platform to elevate sales and efficiency within dealerships, while also improving customer service.
Connect is a modular platform that enables dealers to digitise every stage of the customer journey. Each module can operate independently or work together, giving retailers the flexibility to scale and integrate at their own pace.
New service modules support aftersales by centralising repair documentation, enabling real-time video and SMS updates, and creating time-stamped digital records for every transaction.
Meanwhile, Connect also enhances customer experience through an online portal providing secure, remote access to key documents and enabling them to upload items such as ID, utility bills, or insurance certificates.
