Valeo Service UK is expanding its Tech Academy to help independent repairers maintain workshop productivity while upskilling technicians.
The academy combines flexible digital training with focused practical sessions.
It offers technicians access to more than 120 hours of digital training delivered through concise five- to 30-minute on-demand modules and live interactive webinars.
This is complemented by focused, IMI-accredited practical sessions, using advanced educational simulators featuring more than 150 real-world fault-finding and diagnostic scenarios.
The company said: “Independent garages are caught in a genuine productivity bind. Workshop owners understand that upskilling on electric vehicles, thermal management and advanced transmission systems is vital for the future of their businesses.
