School of Thought unveils Ready4Work consultancy

School of Thought is launching Ready4Work, a new consultancy collaboration designed to help businesses get the practical support they need.

Ready4Work will bring together a wide range of professional services to offer advice on everything from Health and Safety and HR to quality standards, environmental issues and corporate governance.

Meanwhile, all funds raised through Ready4Work services will be reinvested into School of Thought to help it continue to create opportunities, develop skills and support the next generation through School of Thought.

School of Thought co-founder Julie Eley said: “Not every business needs a consultant permanently on the books. Sometimes you need someone to help you get started, sometimes you need an experienced pair of hands for a specific project, or you need short-term cover, contingency support or help getting through a particularly busy period.

“And sometimes you simply need someone who understands business to come in, take a look and help you work out what needs to happen next. That’s where Ready4Work comes in.”

Co-founder Dave Reece added: “Ready4Work is about making professional support accessible, practical and flexible, but it is also about creating something bigger than consultancy.

“Every penny raised goes back into School of Thought, so businesses using the service are helping us invest in the future at the same time as getting the support they need today.”
