RWC Training names Bradley Barnby new technical trainer

Bradley Barnby has joined RWC Training as technical trainer to support the company’s ambitious three-year growth strategy.

Barnby joins with over two decades of hands-on technical expertise and high-level manufacturer training experience.

He began his career as an apprentice panel beater aged 16, and then spent more than a decade working in the prestige sector at elite manufacturing training centres across Europe.

This was followed by an eight-year tenure as a trainer at ITAS, with his expertise now spanning the most complex areas of modern vehicle repair.

New challenge

Barnby said: “I was looking for a new challenge and an environment where the team is truly close-knit and focused on moving forward together. RWC Training offered exactly that, a chance for real progression within a company that values its people. I’m excited to bring my experience with high-end manufacturers to the team and help ensure our technicians are #FutureReady.”

James Hayden, training manager, at RWC Training, added: “At RWC, we believe that people are everything. If you build a business with outstanding people, it sets you apart from the competition. Bradley’s appointment is integral to our growth over the next three years; he is exactly the calibre of professional we look for to lead the industry.

“His immense wealth of knowledge will significantly enhance our offering, ensuring we continue to accommodate the rapidly evolving needs of the sector.”
