New recruitment strategy sets foundation for growth

A new recruitment strategy has transformed workshop performance and enabled expansion plans for an independent repairer in Sheffield.

The Garage Sheffield turned to Easy2Recruit to help it overcome industry-wide recruitment challenges.

Easy2Recruit finds experienced technicians from around the world, presents a shortlist of candidates to prospective employers and then supports relocation to the UK.

Following this process, The Garage Sheffield recruited senior multi-brand technician Tapiwa Chimbwanda from South Africa in March.
