Mark Fernando strengthens Ramp leadership team

RAMP has appointed Mark Ferdinando as commercial director as part of a wider expansion of its senior leadership team.

He joins the business with extensive experience in automotive retail, aftersales and customer retention at brands such as BookmyGarage and Keyloop.

As commercial director, Ferdinando will lead RAMP’s commercial strategy, working closely with franchised and independent dealer groups to help them unlock additional revenue streams, strengthen customer loyalty and maximise the value of every customer relationship.

He said: “Dealers are facing increasing pressure to drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The opportunity for retailers lies in building stronger, longer-lasting relationships with customers that extend well beyond the point of sale.

Appointment

His appointment follows the recent arrival of managing director Amanda Massey.
