Amanda Massey appointed to ramp up expansion
RAMP has appointed Amanda Massey as managing director to support further expansion across the UK motor retail sector.
She brings more than 30 years’ experience in automotive, aftersales and insurance, having held senior roles at BookMyGarage, GardX Group and MAPFRE Abraxas.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s next phase of growth, building relationships with franchised and independent dealer groups while also expanding into service centres, tyre retailers, and finance-sector partnerships.
Massey said: “What attracted me to the business was the opportunity to develop a product that genuinely helps retailers improve customer loyalty while also generating additional revenue across the entire ownership journey.
“RAMP already has a strong proposition, but there is significant scope to further develop the product and build a best-in-class maintenance platform for dealers, partners and consumers alike. I’m joining the business at a very exciting stage in its growth.”
She concluded:
“The market is changing quickly and dealers are looking for new ways to drive revenue, increase customer retention and create more opportunities to sell vehicles and aftersales services. We’ve designed a product that brings customers back to the dealership regularly, creating valuable touchpoints for workshops, service departments, and sales teams.”
