FMG renews National Highways contract

FMG has retained a major vehicle recovery contract with National Highways following a competitive tender process.

National Highways is the government-owned company charged with operating, maintaining and improving for than 4,500 miles of England’s motorways and major A roads.

The exclusive six-year contract, which can be extended a further four years, covers the statutory removal and recovery of accident-damaged, broken down and abandoned vehicles from England’s motorways and all-purpose trunk roads.

It is expected to result in the management of over 22,000 recoveries each year, including both light and heavy vehicles.

Longstanding relationship
