Autosupplies boosts efficiency with Collision Core Pronto

Autosupplies Group has taken a significant step forward in innovation and efficiency in paint and refinishing by installing one of Sherwin-Williams‘ state-of-the-art Collision Core Pronto automated mixing machines at its Chesterfield branch.
This advanced technology is currently one of only a handful in the UK and is now available for Autosupplies customers to experience first hand. The Collision Core Pronto – which was launched by Sherwin-Williams in November – represents a highpoint in precision and efficiency in colour mixing technology.

Designed to make dosing and mixing easier, the fully automated system guarantees colour-matching accuracy, even for the smallest batches, and requires minimal manual involvement.
David Clarke, managing director at Autosupplies Group, said as Autosupplies boosts efficiency:
“We are pleased to introduce this cutting-edge mixing machine to our customers. This technology not only enhances the precision and quality of our paint and refinishing offerings but also allows us to operate more efficiently and sustainably in our paint room. By reducing waste and improving turnaround times, we can provide an even better service to our customers.”
Key features of the Collision Core Pronto machine from Sherwin-Williams include a fully automated colour dosing and mixing, reducing manual intervention and saving time, and the ability to produce up to six unique batches simultaneously, ideal for high-demand environments.
Plus, integration with a Colour Retrieval System for seamless operation and impressive colour accuracy, exceptional precision, with the capacity to dispense down to 0.0077ml – perfect for small-scale repairs and sustainable benefits, including reduced material waste and improved efficiency.
Clarke added: “We’re experts at colour matching unusual colours and finishes for accident and damage repairs – and our new mixing machine only reinforces our excellence when it comes to refinishing needs.”
