Vizion Network announces BYD UK partnership
Vizion Network has announced a new partnership with BYD (UK) to build and deliver next-generation accident repair and aftercare solutions.
BYD is the world’s leading manufacturer of new energy vehicles and the UK is now its largest market outside of China. It sold 11,271 vehicles in the UK in September, which represents an increase of 880% on the same month in 2024 and 3.6% of the overall new car market.
The partnership establishes Vizion and its digital platform AutoFlow as its strategic partner of choice for body repair, network compliance, and insurer outcomes across the UK.
The collaboration means BYD customers will receive a consistent standard of repair excellence while insurers, repairers, and fleet operators benefit from transparent workflows, real-time data integration, and streamlined outcomes.
Digital infrastructure
By leveraging Vizion’s proven digital infrastructure and national footprint, the partnership provides BYD with immediate scalability and robust governance, supporting the rapid expansion of its vehicle parc in the UK market.
The agreement also embeds compliance auditing, total loss avoidance protocols, and sustainable repair practices in line with BYD’s environmental and customer-service commitments.
