Train to Gain launch welcomed by industry

The official launch of RCW Training’s Train to Gain at Automechanika Birmingham 2025 received a resounding industry response.

Train to Gain is a continuous professional development (CPD) programme designed to transform skill development and compliance within the vehicle repair sector.

It focuses on simplifying reaccreditations, online training modules, and skills validation via video to ensure teams remain current with the latest repair technology.

Matt Mardell, business development director at RWC Training, said: “The response to Train to Gain at Automechanika UK was phenomenal – truly beyond our expectations. It’s clear there’s a strong demand for a programme that not only ensures compliance but actively fosters a forward-thinking and dynamic company culture.

“We’re thrilled to see businesses already engaging and signing up, eager to invest in their teams’ futures and enhance their competitive advantage. This show has validated our vision for the future of automotive training.”

Train to Gain is built on the IMI’s CPD Subject Framework for BS 10125 compliance, ensuring a robust and industry-aligned foundation. Its flexible, remote delivery system eliminates the need for costly travel and accommodation, making high-quality, relevant training accessible directly from the workshop, with content regularly refreshed to reflect industry advancements.
