Cary Group acquisition enhances UK footprint

The latest Cary Group acquisition has further enhanced its position in the UK with Autoscreens Direct joining its portfolio.
Autoscreens Direct delivers windscreen fitting services around Watford, Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Milton Keynes and Slough.
The company was founded in 1996 by John Considine, who will remain in place as general manager reporting to UK managing director Stuart Boon.
This latest acquisition continues Cary Group’s expansion policy in the UK, which is its second largest market behind Sweden. After purchasing 100% of National Windscreens companies Spire Windscreens and J Huggins and Son in 2023 and 2024, it acquired East Anglia-based Masterglass Windscreens earlier this year.
The group’s expansion strategy focuses on platform acquisitions to enter new geographic markets, add-on acquisitions to strengthen its presence in existing markets, and smaller acquisitions to improve its footprint and achieve additional scale on a local market
Anders Jensen, CEO of Cary Group, said:
“This strategic acquisition is part of Cary UK’s ongoing growth plan, strengthening our presence in a high-demand region and expanding our capacity to serve customers.”
