AX and Motor Assist are combining expertise to offer fleets, dealers and insurers a new comprehensive incident management portal.
Providing data analytics and insights, the portal is intended to streamline the claims process and provide users with instant status updates.
With AX focussed on providing credit hire services and Motor Assist offering full incident management, the solution will enable quicker and more accurate decisions while also helping partners to manage risk more effectively.
Motor Assist also provides a specialised mapping service, enabling data from one provider to be seamlessly mapped onto Motor Assist systems. This ensures new partners experience an uninterrupted supply of data even when transitioning between providers, saving time and improving efficiency.
