TrustFord opens 2024 apprentice programme

TrustFord it is now accepting applications for its 2024 apprenticeship programme, as part of the company’s commitment to growing and retaining diverse colleagues.

There are over 80 opportunities across the TrustFord group, with roles including technician, accounts assistant, credit controller, fleet sales administrator, painter, parts advisor, sales administrator and smart repairer.

The programme offers colleagues a comprehensive grounding in the automotive industry, learning as they work, alongside off-site training and building towards industry-recognised qualifications.

As part of its business commitment to growing and retaining the best industry talent, many apprentices are offered a full-time job at the end of their training.

Sharon Ashcroft, human resources director, said: “I am delighted that we can once again open our apprentice scheme and offer ambitious individuals a route into the automotive industry.
