RWC and Talent Connect announce new recruitment partnership

RWC Training and Talent Connect have announced a new partnership to deliver a full end-to-end recruitment solution to businesses in the automotive aftermarket.
The partnership will provide talent recruitment services as well as training to new starters and existing employees, a full skills consultation, and re-accreditations.
Meanwhile, successful candidates identified by Talent Connect can also benefit from further training through RWC if their existing skills do not meet all the job requirements. Taking place at RWC’s Milton Keynes-based state-of-the-art centre, the training includes courses in electric and hybrid vehicles, bodywork skills, and vehicle systems.
A spokesperson for Talent Connect said:
“In partnership with RWC Training, an IMI-accredited training centre working solely in the automotive repair industry, we cover more than 200 world class courses and certification training with industry recognised qualifications. Our experienced trainers can provide automotive repair skills training either on-site or from our well-equipped training facility.”
