New School of Thought website goes live

School of Thought has unveiled its new website designed to help employers, schools and colleges attract new talent to the sector and bridge the increasing skills gap.

Developed alongside partner Autotech Group, the website makes it easier to register for AWE24, the company’s initiative for week-long work experience.

The updated site also makes it easier to become an ambassador, a corporate partner, or simply support the company on social media.

School of Thought, which was created to help change and shape current thinking for recruitment, retention, and career progression for young people, said: “Please help to share AWE24 to your local schools and colleges and to young people who are eligible for work experience. The wider the message is spread the better it is for Automotive to become the sustainable career choice for young people.”
