Ennis & Co expands associate team

Automotive talent research agency Ennis & Co Group has appointed Julie David as an associate.

She has over 35 years’ experience across various sectors, with senior roles at Jaguar Land Rover, Ford Motor Company, Volkswagen Group, and most recently, Peugeot, DS Automobiles, and Alfa Romeo as part of the Stellantis Group.

She said: “I’m at a stage in my career now where I want to draw on all my years of experience in different disciplines across various sectors to give back a little bit. If I can impart some of the knowledge I’ve gained over the years, I can help others to drive those commercial results through mentorship, coaching, or advisory support.

“I am passionate about supporting other leaders to be their very best; to ensure excellence in strategic decisions, and capability to drive the necessary commercial actions ensuring great employee and customer experience, whether that be my support of people individually, as a team, or as an entire business.”
