Certification caps stellar year for Fix Auto Leicester

Fix Auto Leicester has secured BSI 10125:2022 certification following a successful audit.

In addition, Fix Auto Leicester also recorded its highest-ever year of turnover, having recorded an incredible 69% annual increase.

Turnover results for the financial year rose from £2.8m the previous year to £4.8m last year, as the business sets its sights on exceeding £5m turnover next year.

Meanwhile, the business added to its leadership team last year with the appointment to the board of Maria Wright and operations director Daniel Line.

More recently, Ken Harris has joined as new workshop manager.

Continuing the company’s success story, it has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Repairer’ category at the Insurance CX Awards 2024. This comes after it was shortlisted for ‘Medium Bodyshop of the Year’ at the Bodyshop 2023 awards.

Managing director Kevin Shaw said: “Investing in new technology, machinery, and skilled workers has proven to be one of the key elements of our success to date. We’re incredibly proud of our team who have enabled a seamless transition to BSI 10125:2022 — the new standard reinforces our commitment to operating at the highest levels of technical competency.

“The past couple of years have been a game-changer for us and we have big plans for the year ahead as we continue to provide best-in-class car repairs and exceptional customer service.”
