VWFS winning the culture war

Volkswagen Financial Services UK (VWFS) has been shortlisted as one of the best places to work in the UK.

The leading car finance provider achieved an overall Trust Index score of 77% in its recent Great Place to Work survey, which took place in July.

The score is based on feedback from 887 colleagues, representing 80% of the business, and means Volkswagen Financial Services UK surpassed the threshold required to be a Great Place to Work-certified organisation.

The Milton Keynes-based firm will now be considered for a ranking in the Best Workplaces Super Large Category, with the final standings announced in April 2023.

Mike Todd, CEO at Volkswagen Financial Services UK, said: “We are very proud that our colleague feedback has given us an overall Trust Index score of 77%, which is two percentage points above the benchmark for the Super Large Category we are compared against.

“One of the greatest features of any workplace is its people, and this result wouldn’t have been possible without the teamwork, dedication and commitment of our hugely talented workforce. Our culture is fuelled by enthusiasm, trust and innovation and I am delighted to see that the collective efforts we have made to ensure that our business is a stimulating, rewarding and supportive place to work have paid off.”
