Revive! franchise nominated for customer service award

The Preston franchise of SMART vehicle repair specialists Revive! Auto Innovations has been shortlisted for the prestigious Customer Service Award at this year’s Red Rose Awards.

The awards ceremony, which is set to take place on Thursday 9 June at the Winter Gardens Blackpool, will celebrate the businesses that keep the Lancashire economy alive and thriving.

In shortlisting Revive! Preston, the judging panel concluded that the firm has a proven track record of going above and beyond to deliver a first-class customer service experience.

Judges were particularly impressed by Revive! Preston’s excellent Trustpilot review rating of 4.9, with 99.7% of reviewers rating the experience as Excellent or Good.

Local area manager at Revive! Preston, Mike Morgan, said: “When I started this operation in 2012, it was a one-man operation out of just one van. Ten years on, we now employ tive technicians and five vans.

“Central to this growth has not only been the execution of high-quality vehicle repairs, but also delivering the very best level of customer service. It’s fantastic to be recognised for our efforts in this regard alongside other successful businesses in the Lancashire area.”
