Automotive software company Mad Devs has added 100 dealerships to its technology platforms as retailers seek new ways to work more efficiently.
Mad Devs operates iStoreDOCS, a document storage platform and iTrackLEADS, which helps dealers respond, allocate and measure sales enquiries. It also launched iConnect, which connects dealers with their customers post-sale and maintains a connection over the ownership of the vehicle.
The company has seen high-profile dealers join the platforms, including Arthurs Motor Group, CMC Motorcycles, Luscombe Motors, and Redline Specialist Cars.
David Boyce, CEO at Mad Devs, said: “We work closely with our retailers to develop tools that will help them operate more efficiently. In an economy where every business faces pressure on costs, technology has an important role in helping teams work more efficiently and maintain profits.
“We are creating a digital ecosystem that, with a single login, seamlessly manages the customer from pre-purchase signatures and compliant vehicle handover procedures to document storage, service documentation and policies, integrated video, and vehicle valuation. It will deliver a better experience for the customer and help drive efficiency through the process.”
Mad Devs now supports over 600 dealers across the UK while its portals now serve over 260,000 customers and now hold over 5,000,000 documents.
