CAM secures customer award

CAM has been re-accredited with the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award, an accolade which recognises its relationship with customers.

The award, handed to only 17% of organisations, is a result of high staff retention rates and its commitment to developing an engaged workforce that provides a consistent point of contact for customers.

The IIP also highlighted the company’s strong people-centric culture, driven by its directors, and the importance the business places on its employees and their expertise as well as its commitment to flexible working practices.

Chris Allen, head of people and process, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be re-accredited with the Gold award from the IIP. This recognition highlights how the ongoing investment in the processes and systems available to aid the development of our workforce to support their customers has helped them grow both individually and as part of their team.
