Ratings remain high as Fix Auto UK marks 2,500th review

Fix Auto UK has recorded its 2,500^th customer review on Trustpilot.

The milestone has been achieved less than four months after it received its 1,000^th customer review and 10 months after joining the site.

Its overall review score is 4.7 out of five, rating Fix Auto UK and its franchise partners as excellent for its customer service, with more than 90% of all reviews submitted giving it either four or five stars.

Ian Pugh, Fix Auto UK’s managing director, said: “I have stated before that, while we believed with total conviction that our franchise partners delivered the highest levels of customer service possible, with more than 2,500 reviews recorded and with a score of 4.7 rating us as good or excellent, we now have the data in black and white to underpin our belief.”
