Fix Auto reaches 5,000 milestone

Fix Auto UK has set yet another industry first by becoming the only repair network to record 5,000 customer reviews on Trustpilot, the world’s leading online customer review platform.

Impressively, the milestone which deems the customer service collectively delivered by Franchise Partners as ‘Excellent’, has been achieved little over 12 months since partnering with the organisation and ensures the network is on course to surpass its goal of recording 20,000 reviews by end of 2023.

The partnership with Trustpilot is a fundamental one for Fix Auto UK’s ongoing strive to be industry leaders in innovation and customer service as more and more people go online to seek out help and advice. Between July 2020 and July 2021, Trustpilot received a 22.4 million service reviews, the phrase ‘customer service’ had over 500k mentions across its platform which is a phrase used in more than half of Fix Auto UK’s reviews as a positive sentiment.
