How-to video on remote imaging released

Chaplane Accident Repair Centre has uploaded an instructive video for drivers on how best to image their vehicles before repair. This enables bodyshops to estimate the vehicle remotely.
Paul Goddard, workshop manager, said: “Due to Covid-19, we’re now looking at ways to minimise our direct contact with customers and their vehicles. So where better to start than at the very beginning of any repair – the estimate.”
The four-minute video is the first made by the Colchester repairer and available to watch on YouTube.
