Autoglass invests in people power

Autoglass has appointed Jo Fryer as people director to help the company attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Jo will also have overall responsibility for driving employee engagement and delivering an integrated people strategy during a period of exceptional growth for Autoglass.

Prior to her appointment, Jo served as head of leadership partnering and became a trusted partner to the executive team.

Jo said, ‘At Autoglass our purpose is to make a difference with real care. One of my key roles will be to ensure that this is exemplified in our people, and our values of caring, genuine, collaborative and driven are personified to ensure we are delivering on our promise every day.
