SMMT will be joined by the Home Office who will remind participants of the governments EU Settlement Scheme in light of Brexit and what companies can do to support the EU nationals in their workforce to apply. In addition the Home Office will provide insight into the UK’s new Points Based Immigration System which will come into force on 1 January 2021, how it differs from the current immigration system and what companies should do ahead of looking to recruit from outside of the UK.
