Ben marks Men’s Health Awareness Month

Automotive charity Ben is marking Men’s Health Awareness Month by reminding men in the sector that mental health is as important as physical health.

Its own research has revealed that stress, poor sleep and anxiety are the most common health and wellbeing issues affecting men in the sector. It says these problems are often exacerbated by an unspoken pressure to simply push through challenges, keep quiet and carry on.

However, Ben offers a range of free support and resources to help those in the industry take charge of their health and wellbeing.

For example, anyone who has worked or is working in the industry can access six to eight sessions of free, confidential Life Coaching, with qualified Life Coaches providing a practical, supportive space to work through challenges, cope with stress, gain clarity and make positive life changes.

Benefits
