WarrantyWorks launched as market disrupter
WarrantyWorks has launched into the UK to disrupt how automotive warranties are sold and delivered.
The business was initially set up to support Car Finance 247 before being established as a standalone operation with a dedicated team to manager customer support and repair journeys from point of sale through to resolution.
Positioned itself as a low-risk alternative to traditional models, its simple documentation and easy-to-understand terms have helped it secure accreditation from The Motor Ombudsman’s Vehicle Warranty Code.
Louis Rix, chief operating officer at Car Finance 247, said: “WarrantyWorks has been developed to create a simpler, more transparent warranty experience. Having used the proposition as a customer and seen how it performs, we’re confident it can improve outcomes for both retailers and their customers.
