Green Flag launches digital alerts to improve road safety
Green Flag has become the first nationwide breakdown provider in the UK to deploy advanced digital alerting technology.
It has integrated HAAS Alert’s Safety Cloud, which delivers real-time digital alerts to drivers approaching active recovery vehicles.
Alerts are received via navigation apps and compatible in-vehicle infotainment systems, providing up to 30 seconds of advance warning.
Alongside physical lights and beacons, these alerts prompt drivers to slow down and move over well before they make visual contact with the breakdown scene.

Whether it is a caravan stopping mid-road trip or an issue with an EV, our goal is to get to the customer quickly because nothing beats near.
