Cary Group increases UK footprint with latest acquisition
Cary Group has acquired York-based windscreen specialist National Windscreens to expand its presence in the UK market.
The deal is the fourth acquisition outside of National Windscreens, Cary Group’s existing business in the UK.
National Windscreens’ owners Gary Brett and Mark Chilton, who set up the company in 2004, will remain with the company.
Stuart Boon, managing director Cary Group UK, said: “By integrating Nationwide Windscreens (York) into the National Windscreens network, we enhance our ability to meet increasing demand, particularly in the insurance sector where we already have positioned National Windscreens as a trusted provider.”
Brett added:
