PPG finds Hope within
PPG Refinish has promoted John Hope to national light industrial coatings (LIC) sales manager.
He has enjoyed a broad career with PPG spanning 20 years.
He said, ‘I started my career with PPG in 1998 and have since been given the opportunity to work my way up and experience different sides of the business. I’m excited about my new role and using all of the knowledge I’ve accumulated so far to take on this challenge.’
Mark Clarke, UK & Ireland national sales manager, said, ‘I would like to congratulate John on his well-deserved promotion. He’s been a prominent figure within our business for many years and his experience will be incredibly beneficial for our technical team.’
John will focus on generating sales growth of existing and new customers by coordinating the approach of the LIC sales team. He will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key industry players, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and using PPG’s dedicated Selemix brand to further develop the company’s LIC segment.
