Elddis Transport, the family owned logistics, storage and supply chain operator based in the North East of England, has reported an improvement in data management since adopting TruAnalysis by TruTac.
TruAnalysis is part of TruTac’s TruControl software suite and is claimed to make tachograph management, driver debriefing and accurate reporting faster and easier, through automated email reports and configurable dashboards.
This has enabled Elddis to monitor and control compliance, whilst providing KPI reporting across multiple depots, drivers and vehicles.
Richard Toner, commercial director for Elddis Transport, said, ‘Previously, we used a system which required too much hands-on work and individual responsibility to ensure data retrieval, reliable checks and monitoring. Now, with TruTac’s TruAnalysis software, we have accurate, key information at our fingertips to ensure legal compliance across the fleet.’
He said that when utilising the TruTac Application on individual driver PDAs, alongside daily card downloads, the workforce was able to undertake its own infringement monitoring and drivers’ daily/weekly hours checks.
Furthermore, as all TruTac’s systems include powerful divisions management, Elddis can manage driver infringements, ensure complete drivers hours control and WTD compliance across the entire fleet.
