Vella Group completes GB Flint Coachworks acquisition
The Vella Group has acquired GB Flint Coachworks, which is located between Derby and Nottingham.
The deal increases the Vella Group’s footprint in the East Midlands and expands its portfolio to 20 bodyshops across England and Wales.
GB Flint Coachworks is a family-run independent repairer that was established in 1962 by Brian Flint and is now led by sons Carl and St John, and daughter-in-law Tanya, who will remain in post to ensure a smooth transition.
The company boasts a strong list of manufacturer approvals, including BMW/MINI, Volvo, VW Group, Toyota/Lexus and Stellantis.
