Vehicle leasing firm Arval completes Athlon acquisition
Vehicle leasing and mobility solutions provider Arval Group has announced it has completed the acquisition of Athlon.
The deal adds a further 400 vehicles to its fleet, making it one of the largest leasing companies in Europe with more than 2.3 million vehicles.
It estimates the return on invested capital will reach 18%, increasing income by up to £171m by year three.
