Train to Gain secures Primrose Radar Calibration support
RWC Training has announced that Primrose Radar Calibration has become the second major business to adopt its Train to Gain programme.
It has confirmed that 27 Primrose technicians have enrolled in the modular BS 10125 compliance CPD programme.
Primrose’s programme launches with 34 courses, focused entirely on advanced bolt-on modules, including ADAS and Electric Vehicle awareness, with plans to expand to 54 modules.
Stephen Meadowcroft, director at Primrose, said: “At Primrose, our culture is centred on growth, development and embracing change. We believe that by investing our training budget wisely, we push ourselves further ahead of the competition.
“Train to Gain allows us to ensure every one of our 27 technicians, regardless of location, is trained to the same high standards. This isn’t a tick-box exercise for compliance; it’s about upskilling our staff for the future and achieving sustainable consistency nationwide.”
Validation
Matt Mardell, RWC business development director, added: “Primrose’s commitment is a powerful validation of Train to Gain’s modular design. This partnership showcases the programme’s ability to cater specifically to ADAS specialists, mobile technicians and national businesses outside of the traditional bodyshop setting.
“Primrose is exactly the kind of dynamic business we built this for, one that is hungry to learn, open to change, and willing to invest wisely in its people to achieve compliance and tangible skill development. We are excited to support Primrose in standardising its training across the UK.”
