Servicesure tackles automotive skills gap through collaboration

Servicesure has announced two new partnerships to help the collision repair sector tackle the automotive skills gap.

It has partnered with Swipe Right Recruitment and Motiva Recruitment Group to help members secure permanent and temporary skilled staff faster and more effectively.

Its collaboration with Swipe Right Recruitment will help repairers find, hire and retain permanent colleagues, while Motiva Recruitment Group will support Servicesure members seeking experienced technicians to plug short-term gaps.

To make the process seamless and straightforward, Servicesure will also launch an exclusive job board in the spring that will further streamline the recruitment process.

David Stow, managing director of Motiva, added: “Temporary cover shouldn’t be a last-minute scramble. Servicesure members now have fast, reliable access to skilled technicians exactly when they need them.”
