SERMI certification secured by Auto Windscreens
Auto Windscreens has announced it has successfully achieved SERMI certification.
SERMI was launched in the UK on 1 April and restricts access to security-related vehicle data to approved businesses.
Auto Windscreens secured certification on 26 March, meaning it is fully authorised to continue carrying out repair and maintenance work that requires access to key vehicle manufacturer data.
For customers, SERMI certification ensures that: services will continue without interruption; work involving security systems is fully compliant; work is being carried out by a verified and authorised repair partner; the business is equipped for future vehicle technologies.
