Selsia announces CAPS Connected portal upgrade

Selsia has unveiled a new and improved CAPS Connected repair management portal.

Selsia Central, which connects all stakeholders in the repair process, has been upgraded with a new appearance and a host of user-friendly features developed with the support of AI technology.

Portal users will now see a collapsible side menu, day and night modes, experience faster operation, see clearer auto sizing screens and improved image viewing of damaged vehicles.

Considering the quantity of new vehicle makes and models being launched onto the market, the process of adding these to the portal has been streamlined and can now be added very quickly. The new upgrade also supports tablet compatibility and adaption for mobile phone usage.

Meanwhile, Selsia’s clients will also see a new performance dashboard, which can be date ranged, showing active cases, awaiting estimates, awaiting authority, in progress and VOR.

Further, KPI metrics now include case pipeline, new cases over time, average completion times, cases by repairer, cases by depot and authorised cost trend.
