Revive! aims to double network after bumper year
Revive! Auto Innovations has reported its fifth straight year of growth, with network sales up 10% year-on-year to £26.5m in 2025.
Revive! provides a national smart repair service to dealerships, insurers, fleets and private customers.
Its network, which now includes 56 franchisees and more than 250 IMI-accredited technicians, completed about 270,000 repairs last year.
Mark Llewellyn, managing director, sales and marketing, said: “2025 started with many dealerships consolidating their operations and looking for ways to cut cost.
“Despite the challenges in a turbulent dealer market, we were able to focus with our existing customers and engage with their individual pain points to understand how we could help them sell more cars profitably.
“We also recognised the dramatic increase in cosmetic maintenance plans. This saw us effectively support our insurance clients and saw our insurance repair work more than double in 2025 as a result.”
The organisation invested more than £2.5m in training, vehicles and equipment last year and plans to continue that momentum with a further eight franchisees during 2026.
Llewellyn added: “2025 was an excellent year for Revive! despite the challenges in the dealer market. However, if we continue to deliver our values consistently, we believe that there is far more we can achieve.
“We’re growing and we’re hiring and looking for more technicians. Our objective is to double in size over the next four years.”
