RAC ranked among UK’s best employers
The RAC has been named as one of the UK’s Best Employers by the Financial Times.
The UK’s Best Employers 2026 assessed companies with at least 250 employees across a range of industries and ranked the top 500 based on more than 400,000 evaluations.
Employees were surveyed anonymously about salary, development opportunities and company image. They were also asked whether they would recommend their company to friends and family, and to evaluate other companies in their sector.
More than 20,000 employees were questioned by Statista as part of the second annual Financial Times’ Best Employers list.
RAC chief executive Dave Hobday said: “This is fantastic recognition for our company, but it’s really a credit to all our colleagues, from head office to the roadside, who have created such a positive culture to work in.
“Rescuing more than two million of our 15 million members every year, and servicing and repairing more than 100,000 cars on driveways across the country doesn’t happen without a completely engaged and committed team.”
