RAC agrees Vehicle Off Road deal with OMODA&JAECOO
The RAC has announced it has agreed a new Vehicle Off Road partnership with OMODA&JAECOO UK.
The announcement builds on the existing breakdown provider and roadside assistance partnership between the two organisations.
It will see the RAC provide a dedicated Vehicle Off Road (VOR) operation to manage more complex cases through to completion, with dedicated support for customers whose vehicles cannot be repaired at the roadside and require further attention.
This includes coordinating recovery, arranging a courtesy car or onward travel, managing repair progress, parts availability and communication between all parties.

Steve Travis, senior regional aftersales manager of OMODA&JAECOO UK, said: “Our VOR partnership with the RAC gives customers greater reassurance and support when they need it most, from the initial breakdown through to the completion of any required repairs.
“By combining the RAC’s expertise in roadside assistance with dedicated VOR case management and expanded mobile repair capabilities, we can provide a more connected aftersales experience. Ultimately, it’s about making things easier for our customers, reducing inconvenience and, in the unlikely case they have a breakdown, getting them back on the road as quickly as possible.”
RAC business CEO Dan Sparks said: “Combining AI-enhanced triage technology, dedicated RAC specialists and our nationwide network means we can identify the fastest and most effective route back to the road, keeping customers updated throughout. It’s another example of how we are delivering complete peace of mind to drivers, and supporting motor manufacturers in providing the best ownership experience possible.”
