Phill Jones to step down from Motors & Cazoo
Motors & Cazoo has announced that chief operating officer Phill Jones will step down at the end of March.
Jones has been with the company for 15 years after joining in 2010 as commercial director.
He said: “After an incredible 15 years with Motors, I will be leaving for an exciting new opportunity. I have so many amazing memories over my time with the business which has grown tenfold by revenue and generated millions of leads for our dealer partners.
“The last year has been a real highlight with the new Cazoo platforms and multiple records broken. While it is bittersweet to leave with so much opportunity ahead, I am confident the amazing team here will take it to the next level in 2026 and beyond.
“I would like to thank all the partners, suppliers and team members I’ve had the pleasure to work with over the years and wish them every success for the future.”
