Ogilvie Fleet renews contract with FMG

Ogilvie Fleet has announced it has renewed its incident management partnership with FMG.

As part of the agreement, fleet customers involved in incidents will be able to report details through the Ogilvie Happy Drivers app.

Details will then automatically be shared with FMG’s electronic notification of loss platform, which coordinates recovery, replacement vehicles and repairs. Drivers are also able to track repair progress and manage appointments online.

The partnership also supports Ogilvie’s driver risk management services, including driving licence validation, online driver assessments and e-learning modules.

Nick Hardy, managing director at Ogilvie Fleet, said: “Our partnership with FMG has stretched over a decade, thanks in part to the shared values of the two businesses.

“Ogilvie’s priority has always been making things as easy as possible for both drivers and fleet managers, and we know our customers who put their faith in FMG always receive the highest levels of service when incidents occur on the road.

“We are delighted to be working with FMG as they continue to innovate and keep our drivers mobile.”

Evolution

Amanda Cunningham, head of client relationships at FMG, added: “The fleet industry has evolved significantly in the past decade, and we’ve aligned our strategies, our systems and our digital solutions to navigate these changes and deliver smarter, faster, hassle-free solutions to meet Ogilvie’s customers’ changing needs most effectively.

“Our collaboration is driven by our shared commitment and continued investment to getting drivers and vehicles back on the road as quickly and painlessly as possible.”
